Handling Time
We strive to process and prepare orders for shipment promptly. Our typical order processing time is three business days. This time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions, but we’ll always keep you informed. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Customers in the United States and Europe can choose Express Shipping at checkout.
Taxes/Duties
- All SHERRIVA products are tax-free within the United States. For other countries, customs duties and taxes are not included.
- Please be aware that there may be extra customs fees due to the policy of different countries. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you. (Note: These fees are not charged by us. If incurred, they are collected by the relevant authorities.)
Tracking Package
There are several ways to track your order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and shipping details. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status.
- By registering an account on our website, you can log in to your member dashboard to view your order and tracking information.
- First, click on the person-shaped icon at the top of the website.

- After logging into your account, click on ‘Orders’ to view your order status.

- You may also check your order status through the customer support chatbox located at the bottom-right corner of our website.
- First, enter the chatbox and click on 'Track my order'.

- Next, select 'Enter order information'.

- Follow the instructions to enter your Order Number and Email Address, then click on 'Track my order'.

Lost Package/Unusual Package
- In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, SHERRIVA will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: support@sherriva.com or through the customer support chatbox located at the bottom-right corner of our website.
- SHERRIVA will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
- If you purchase multiple items in one order, SHERRIVA will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
