Where can I find my model number?

Check the label on the bottom of the device or on the retail box. SHERRIVA model numbers start with UHD-, WHD-, SAE- or SAF-.

My box shows a different code (e.g. HD2-123). Which manual do I use?

Some products carry both a SHERRIVA model and a factory code. Type either one into the search box and you will find the right manual.

What is A/B mode on the HDMI splitter?

A/B mode controls how the splitter handles resolution when your displays differ. See the Troubleshooting guide for your model for step-by-step settings.
