1.No display after connection?

Ensure RX is connected to the correct HDMI input, and TX is connected to a compatible USB-C (DP Alt Mode) or HDMI source. Pair the devices if needed.

2.Does it support 4K resolution?

No, WHD-1000 supports up to 1080p@60Hz only, optimized for stable, low-latency wireless transmission.

3.Is there any latency?

Latency is under 0.2 seconds, ideal for movies, presentations, and general use. Not recommended for fast-paced gaming.

4.Does it require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

No, it uses direct P2P transmission. No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth required.

5.Does it support iPhone?

IPhones with Lightning ports are not supported. Only USB-C devices with DP Alt Mode are compatible.

6.Can one transmitter connect to multiple receivers?

No, it supports one-to-one pairing only.

7.Can I use it with an HDMI splitter or extender?

Yes, as long as the splitter or extender supports 1080p.

8.My projector has no speaker. How can I get audio?

Adjust volume through your display or source device. WHD-1000 has no built-in volume control.

9.How to pair TX and RX?

Hold RX RESET for 3–6 seconds, then press and hold TX button until the light flashes.
